smartpatient was founded in the vibrant city of Munich. From the early days, the three co-founders, Sebastian, Philipp, and Julian, aimed to create a lively and energetic atmosphere that placed personal relationships at the heart of the company.
Working Culture
Our approach to work centers around interaction and collaboration. We value the exchange of ideas, creating an environment that places importance on the growth and support of our teams. We host regular in-person workshops that are an idea free-for-all, giving everybody the opportunity to have their say in the development of MyTherapy app. Such workshops are also held with users and patient communities, further guiding our efforts.
