A Small Guide to Our Recruitment Process
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you decide if we're the right fit for you. It typically consists of the following steps:
1. Application screening
We need a bit of time to review your application. If your qualifications align with the job requirements, we will reach out to you via phone or email. Even if not qualified, you will hear from us!
2. General assessment
During this stage, our interviewers usually ask questions related to your work history, skills, and relevant experiences. Additionally, they explore your reasons for applying to the position, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of your fit for the role.
3. Skill assessment
The second interview may involve more technical questions or case studies that are specific to the role. If applying for more technical positions, you may be asked to complete coding challenges to demonstrate your skills and problem-solving abilities.
4. Offer call
You made it to the very last stage! You will meet with your future Team Lead to discuss the details of an offer that was prepared for you, including your start date, benefits, and other relevant terms and conditions.
5. Signature
Once the contract is signed, we will kick off your onboarding process so that we are ready and set to welcome you on your first day!
